Alongside visiting children in school, we also invite classes to our community outdoor learning area, Project Dirt.

We have a mud kitchen, tepees, bug hotels, fairy garden, water play, digging area, bird hide and wildlife area, forest walkway, campfire, hammocks and lots more.

These sessions are most suitable for Early Years and KS1, however, we have tailored sessions for older children too that fit around the curriculum, well-being and enrichment activities.

Early years sessions can include mini-beast hunts, natural arts and crafts and immersive literacy.

Sessions for older children can focus on natural art and crafts, inspired artists such as Andy Goldsworthy, forest skills, fire lighting, campfire cooking, and well-being.
