Back to the Earth is our new venture that will focus on teaching local foraging skills to enable and upskill people to be able to become more self-sufficient and be able to pick from the land in an ethical and sustainable way. We will be starting these walks around local areas in spring 2021 and we will link into foraging for food, beauty, medicine and crafts.

Skills such as foraging have been lost through recent generations and now more than ever, we have a huge reliance on packaged supermarket goods that are conveniently packaged and presented, often from lands afar. What would happen if there was a problem with the supply chain in our food? How would we survive?

Back to the Earth foraging walks will give people basic knowledge, skill and confidence when looking to the Earth to supply local, seasonal food for our families to complement our diets. There is a huge wealth of nutrients and vitamins out there that we can use to sustain ourselves and our families and our walks will help put people on the first step of their foraging journey.
